There are several phases of development. Please remember, this is only a guide, while each organization has its unique needs, your project may have needs that are not addressed here.

• Decision / Planning Phase - includes development quote, analysis of needs, contract agreement and signing, and initial deposit. Deciding on a hosting provider would also be done in this phase.
• Graphic Design - upon receipt of signed contract and deposit, project will begin.
• Website Development / Coding - includes programming/coding, pages, navigation, site map, content, CSS Stylesheets, and forms.
• Testing - grammar and spelling check, dead link check, forms/programming, and browser compatibility
• Website Launch - includes final payment, launch of website, error testing, etc.
• Project Completion - Minor adjustments and changes to site are included at no charge after website has been launched. Any major revisions may incur a fee.
